BOXING INSTRUCTOR

I love boxing. When I was younger, I worked part-time for Panther’s Gym as a boxing instructor and their marketing manager. I loved it so much that I quit my other job and transitioned to working full time at Panther’s, where I was able to fall further in love with all aspects of boxing.

During this time, I upped my own training. I would run five miles to the gym every day before sparring with my clients. I’d teach boxing drills for three hours and self-train for another two hours a day. And then, at the young age of 34, I suffered a stroke as a result of overtraining for a boxing match.

After putting my career as a boxer and coach to the side and opening a restaurant, Golomein Noodle House, with my brother, I am now back in action, teaching boxing here at F.R.E.E. Fitness.
