I am adventurous and I love to try new things that are challenging and exciting! I have over six years of experience in “Filipino” Martial Arts that I would love to share with you.
I strongly believe that fitness is for everybody and that it should be enjoyed by everyone. I have been coaching kickboxing for three years, and I have seen so many physical and mental benefits from including it in your regular workout program. I am excited to have the opportunity to help people reach their fitness goals!
