Growing up in Medicine Hat, physical activity and sports were among the things I dreaded most in life—I avoided them for as long as I could.

But in 2019, I moved to Edmonton and realized that I needed to make a change in my lifestyle. These changes eventually led to losing 150 lbs. By incorporating weight training, walking, and sports into my routine, along with a mindful approach to nutrition, I transformed my life into something more enjoyable and sustainable. In 2023, I got my Bachelor of Psychology, reinforcing my belief that lasting behavioural change stems from a shift in mindset. 

Fitness literally saved my life, and my passion now lies in guiding others through the same journey of transformation, and being the coach I needed for myself. My top priority is to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable, confident, and knowledgeable.
