Jess Sareault

PERSONAL TRAINER

I’ve always had a passion for sports and an obsession with capturing moments in an effort to make them last forever.

Playing rugby taught me what I’m truly capable of, both physically and mentally, when I set my mind to something. It also gave me a place where I felt comfortable enough to be 100% myself.

I have been a personal trainer for almost ten years. I have a Personal Training diploma and am certified as a Sports Conditioning Specialist and FRC® Mobility Specialist. I’ve helped clients with their general health and longevity, weight loss, sports performance, and have provided a safe space for queer people to explore fitness.

In my sessions, you’ll find a safe space to explore your potential, embrace life’s challenges, and celebrate even the smallest victories. I love this job because every day I get the chance to make people feel comfortable being themselves. My goal is to help my clients realize how strong and capable they truly are.

WHAT MOVES ME

We rip out so much of ourselves to be cured of things faster. But to make yourself feel nothing so as not to feel anything — what a waste.
