PERSONAL TRAINER
I grew up in Medicine Hat, and I was always physically active, playing team sports such as basketball and volleyball in high school, but also golf and skiing.
I started my fitness journey in my first year of college, and I quickly started to see the physical and psychological benefits of exercise. In my second year of post-secondary, I moved to Camrose to complete my Kinesiology degree at the University of Augustana.
I have been a personal trainer for six years, and each year I love it more and more. I want to help people achieve their goals, build confidence, and accomplish things they never thought were possible.
