PARTNER AT F.R.E.E

In the 10+ years I have been a fitness coach, I’ve trained people of all ages and capabilities, ranging from seniors recovering from surgery to university-level athletes.

I moved to Edmonton from Whitehorse to pursue my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Part of what brought me to Edmonton was college sports—I played ACAC college basketball for the University of Augustana Vikings in Camrose. Since then, I have continued to be a fierce competitor, doing competitive powerlifting and olympic weight lifting. Recently, I’ve started training for marathons, am working on my golf game, and coach my kids’ sports team.

In the 10+ years I have been a fitness coach, I’ve trained people of all ages and capabilities, ranging from seniors recovering from surgery to university-level athletes. As a dad to two young kids and a son with aging parents, I know how fitness, movement, and building muscle can contribute to a healthy, long, and rich life. Your goals are my goals—let’s achieve them together.

WHAT MOVES ME

My parents immigrated to Whitehorse, Yukon, over 30 years ago during the Vietnam War, not even knowing how to speak English. They taught me the true value of hard work, dedication, and perseverance. I’m also a die-hard Kobe Bryant fan [R.I.P].
